Enjoy a mindful Monday yoga lunch break!

MJCW’s Gentle Yoga classes focus on awareness, alignment and breath to help release tension and relax the nervous system.  Our classes are designed to stretch and strengthen your body while creating space for stillness. Each class can help to build confidence, reduce anxiety and stress, and restore and renew the mind and body. Every class will commence with a guided meditation for a complete mind/body yoga experience. All classes offered by MJCW are taught from a trauma-informed yoga therapy approach.

Level 1 Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy Certification 

When you attend class:  Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class in order to allow time for arranging props/mat.  We have mats and all props available for use in our studio, but feel free to bring your own if you like.  We encourage students to wear comfortable work-out clothing and to bring a bottle of water.

Pricing:
