Christine Dinh, M.S.W., LCSW believes in the strength and resilience found in humans. She finds that life is filled with opportunities for growth and learning; and through our willingness to face our vulnerabilities and pain, this is ultimately what strengthens us. Christine aims to listen and empower individuals tailored to their specific needs. She values the importance of promoting healthy, therapeutic relationships that cultivates a life of wellness and healing.  

Christine’s therapeutic process centers around the client and their individual needs and strengths. She works from an integrative approach and has a very down-to-earth, compassionate style. Her therapeutic practice is informed by traditional talk therapy modalities including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Along with these approaches, Christine values the importance of incorporating play, art, humor and movement as a means to build coping skills and process situations more effectively. Christine also has experience training caregivers on the principles of TBRI (Trust Based Relational Interventions) in order to provide effective support and treatments for at-risk children. Through an individualized treatment plan, she strives to provide children and adults with increased self-awareness and the tools to promote lasting and transformative change. 

Christine is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Language and Linguistics and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Baylor University. Upon receiving her Master’s Degree, she specialized in studies with individuals with neurocognitive differences. Christine also has experience leading support groups for children and adults. She has worked with youth in foster care, adoptive families, those in crisis, single parents, and individuals and their families with neurocognitive differences.
