Bond enjoys working with individuals, couples, families, seniors, young adults, and teens (13+). Bond’s orientation to therapy is designed to meet the needs of each individual but is generally cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and grounded in systemic theory.

Bond’s specialty is in helping couples improve their relationships through couples and marriage counseling. Marriage and couples counseling addresses relationship issues that include but is not limited to communication and conflict resolution, family conflict, infidelity, separation and divorce, intimacy and sexual issues. Her couple clientele is diverse, ranging from dating, cohabitating, engaged, and married couples that includes both straight and gay couples. She uses Gottman-Method therapy and is also a certified facilitator in Prepare and Enrich, which is a resource that assesses premarital, newlywed, and long-term marital relationships on various constructs within a relationship and creates awareness and discussion about each area.  For individual clients, her areas of focus include depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, distorted thinking, stress management, cultural issues, phobias, life transitions, and family relations.

Whether it’s individual or couples counseling that you’re seeking, Bond is committed to working closely with her clients to identify attainable goals and promote positive change.
