The Infrared Sauna Experience

At MJCW, you’ll have a private room where you can change before and after your sauna session. A trained expert will turn on the Infrared Sauna, select the time and temperature so that you can sweat and relax for the next 30 minutes.

Sweating is a healthy process that may help the body detoxify from the many harmful free radicals and heavy metals that have negative long-term effects on human health. After your session is over, you’ll want to get changed into loose clothing that’s breathable and light, because you may continue sweating for some time after you leave your session.

After your appointment, you may feel relaxed and experience a boost in your mood. It is important to drink plenty of water before and after your session. Be sure to hydrate properly to minimize any potential minor side effects, such as skin flushing and light-headedness, and to maximize the benefits. 

Choose Infrared Sauna to help relieve stress, sore muscles and minor pain. This therapy can also increase athletic recovery, boost circulation and improve cardiovascular health with consistent use.

What to Expect When You Book Your Session

Be sure to hydrate before, during and after your sauna session.

Arrive early for your appointment time and check in with our practice administrator in the lobby.

You must wear undergarments or swimwear in the sauna. We provide towels to sit on, towel wraps and slippers for use in the sauna. You may also bring your own items.

You will have a private room to change and enjoy your sauna experience. You will have 5 minutes to change prior to entering the sauna, up to 30 minutes to enjoy the sauna, and 5 minutes to change after use of sauna.
