Our clinicians draw from a diverse range of evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method for couples. This integrative approach allows us to collaboratively develop effective treatment plans that support emotional well-being, resilience, and meaningful change.
